Mozart
Mozart, shown here with her niece, lives in Port Colborne, Ontario on Lake Erie. While teaching in Calgary in November, 2003, she contracted a rare virus Transverse Myelitis, which resulted in T7 complete paralysis. Mozart still struggles with unexplainable issues, but enjoys swimming and spending time with her family.

Born with spina bifida, WhlzOnFre lives in Pacific Grove, California, where she attends Monterey Peninsula College. She is shown here with her Polish dance partner. They will be competing in the World Cup of Wheelchair dancing in April '07.

Tystick
Tystick, seen here with his nephew, is a L1 incoplete, from Nebraska, USA, injured in a car wreck in 2004. He likes to ride four wheelers and play pool, and would like to get back to drag racing. Tystick has modified a pro street car, but his local tracks will not give him permission to race.

Fenny
Fenny is Marco's girlfriend. Marco is T12/L1 complete, injured in July, 2004 while dirt biking. They live in Seattle, Washington, USA. He will have surgery in May to get a pump implanted in an attempt to control his pain issues.

sc5p is a C5 quad living in Texas, USA with his wife (pictured also) and four children.

Jessie_d
Jessie_d is 22 years old, from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. She is currently studying communications at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver. Injured while forest fire fighting in August 04, she is just starting to get involved with sit skiing, basketball and other wheelchair sports. While not in class, Jess enjoys avoiding homework, reading trashy books, and going out with friends. She is T9/10 complete.

Handidan
handidan, a T12 complete, was injured in a motor vehicle accident less than a year ago. He has just started playing basketball and racing. He has recently recovered some movement and begun therapy again to see where that takes him. He plans on doing some peer counselling at his local hospital.

Marathonoflife
marathonoflife suffered a head injury some years ago when a truck hit her while she was riding a motocross bike. She is also HCV positive. As her health is deteriorating she has used a wheelchair since Sept 05. She lives in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

bassplaya is a T10-T11 para living in Fayetville, Arkansas, USA. bassplaya is in a band called Bred for War, and they have just recorded an album.

Ellie
Ellie is an AB, living in Coventry, England. She's a physiotherapy student, looking for work. She learned about Crip College through the Back Up Trust, a charitable organization.

Kimrey
Kimrey (T12/L1) was injured in July 2003 after falling asleep at the wheel after scuba diving at night. He lives on the Outer Banks of North Carolina where he has started diving again, also sky diving, hunting and lots of fishing.
